Mathias Billings, a former De La Salle North Catholic High School star now playing for the Fayetteville State Broncos, is set to compete in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The Broncos enter the tournament as the No. 5 seed and will face off against the No. 4-seeded California Vulcans in the opening round.

The tournament’s first game is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m. at the Hagerty Family Events Center.
