Former De La Salle North Catholic High School star Mathias Billings and the Fayetteville State Broncos were defeated 96-83 by the California Vulcans on Saturday, March 14, during the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which began at 7:30 p.m., was held at Hagerty Family Events Center and marked the Broncos’ first game against the California Vulcans in this tournament.
