The Food and Drug Administration conducted an inspection of Origami Catering, LLC in Portland on January 26, 2024, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

The inspection covered the following areas:

  • Foodborne Biological Hazards

The FDA’s final report stated that Origami Catering, LLC was not required to make any changes to its management operations.
