FOIA Request to Multnomah County regarding contingency fee agreements on December 1, 2025.

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was submitted to Multnomah County on December 1, 2025, seeking access to records concerning contingency fee agreements. The request was made under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., by a news reporter from the Portland Courant.
