Kaden Segel helps lead Portland Pilots to NCAA Division I win over Holy Cross

The Portland Pilots, featuring former Grant High School standout Kaden Segel, secured a 10-4 victory over the Holy Cross Crusaders in their NCAA Division I baseball matchup at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 6.

The contest was held at Joe Etzel Field and marked the teams’ second meeting this season. The Pilots previously won 15-3 in their Thursday, March 5, faceoff against Holy Cross.

Segel took the mound for four innings, tallying three strikeouts.

The Pilots are set to play again on Saturday, March 7, at 3 p.m. at Joe Etzel Field, once more against the Holy Cross Crusaders.
