93 percent of applicants to Pacific Northwest College of Art were admitted for fall 2018

At Pacific Northwest College of Art, 79 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 67 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Portland enrolled 574 students in fall 2018, including 463 in undergraduate and 111 in graduate programs, data shows. 13.6 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

42 percent of undergraduates are residents of Oregon, and 56 percent are residents of other states. 2 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (53 percent) and two or more races (9 percent).

The school admitted 93 percent of the 1,144 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 12 percent enrolled.
