Cost of college went up for all students at Beau Monde College of Hair Design-Beau Monde Academy of Cosmetology

Tuition and fees rose 0.2 percent for 2018-19 at Beau Monde College of Hair Design-Beau Monde Academy of Cosmetology, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Oregon students paid $16,373 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $25 more than the $16,348 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 70 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 41 students received grants or scholarships totaling $228,461 and 40 students took out student loans totaling more than $329,655.

Including all undergraduates (116), 91 students used grants or scholarships totaling $390,232, and 82 students took out $565,855 in federal student loans.
