Cost of college went up for all students at Pacific Northwest College of Art

Tuition and fees rose 5 percent for 2018-19 at Pacific Northwest College of Art, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Oregon students paid $38,250 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,810 more than the $36,440 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 81 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.6 million and 50 students took out student loans totaling more than $323,550.

Including all undergraduates (574), 409 students used grants or scholarships totaling $7.5 million, and 255 students took out $1.8 million in federal student loans.
