MULTNOMAH COUNTY: Medical Examiner seeks help identifying woman found Feb. 24 near Springwater Trail Corridor

Multnomah County issued the following announcement on Mar. 23. 

The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman who was found on Feb. 24, 2022 in the area of Springwater Corridor Trail in Gresham.

The woman was white and between the ages of 40 to 60 years old with medium-length light brown/blonde hair with some gray. She was 5’4” and weighed 129 pounds. She had had past surgery on her head.

The woman was wearing several layers of clothing including black gloves and a black knit cap, blue jeans, a white shirt and two sweaters, one black with Pacific NW on it and one flowered. She also wore a black jacket with the handwritten words  “Patricia G.”

She was found with a TriMet day pass, black and gray lunch bag, black lanyard and blue rain poncho..
