The Workplace Equity Analyst is a position perfect for a self-starter with a passionate commitment to implementing new strategies to support and empower our members as we engage in our agency's Equity and Inclusion initiatives. You’ll provide research, development, and coordination support in building and sustaining an inclusive and trauma-informed workplace and will actively participate in ongoing efforts to further an organizational culture that supports and reinforces MCSO’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility goals. Using your knowledge and understanding of how various communities are impacted by marginalization and inequities, you will work directly with the MCSO Equity and Inclusion Director and the MCSO HR Unit and Partners in areas of recruitment, hiring, and retention while utilizing an equity lens and aligning with the County Workforce Equity Strategic Plan.
