3rd Graders from Alder Elementary will be touring the campus and getting excited about college!
The Center for Social Change and Community Involvement has partnered with Greater Than-whose mission is “Supporting and empowering students from poverty-impacted communities to thrive in school, college and career.”We’ve “adopted” three classrooms of 3rd Graders at Alder Elementary. In the Fall, we go to Alder to do presentations and activities with the kids. In the Spring, (April 5th, 2023 10am-1pm) we will host the kids on campus. They will be touring the campus, eating lunch with college students and getting excited about their future as potential LC students!
