The purpose of this Administrative Rule is to establish guidelines for fee charges, refunds and waivers for Land Use Services in relation to land use processes and other planning services and establish the guidelines for intake of applications for land use processes and other planning services.

The permanent administrative rule establishes procedures for intake of applications, application fee payment, appeals, fee waivers, and fee refunds. The rule would make the existing interim administrative rule a permanent rule, with additional amendments.
