The Auditor’s Office adopts the following interim administrative rule, effective July 5, 2023, and for a period of not more than 180 days:
ARA 3.07 Employee Movement
City Charter Section 2-506(a) authorizes the Auditor to adopt interim rules without prior notice when finding that failure to act promptly will result in prejudice to the public interest.
The City Auditor has determined that there is a need to act promptly to amend ARA 3.07 and that failure to do so will result in prejudice to the public interest. The City Auditor therefore adopts ARA 3.07 as interim rules without prior notice.
The rule is available on the City of Portland’s website or can be requested from the City Auditor's Office Operations Management department.
